Provide concierge level customer service to all students, pilots, and passengers who utilize US Aviation Training Solutions and US Aviation Jet Center while adhering to company policies and procedures related to customer service standards, ramp, safety, and security procedures.
The Customer Service Representative is the face of the company and responsible for providing a positive and professional experience to all guests who pass through the FBO.
This position is often the point of contact between customers and Line Service Technicians.
Essential Functions and Key
Responsibilities:
FAA 139.
321(e)(2) certification maintained, rating to be received within 6 months of employment Complete NATA Safety 1st Line Service Online Training Program upon hiring Communicate via phone, email, and face to face to answer customer questions about the airport, services provided, availability of services, and the local area Assist customers with rental car and hotel reservations, catering, car service, among additional concierge level services provided Receive aircraft reservations with arrival and departure time, aircraft information, and service requests Maintain knowledge of all services offered to provide detailed information to the customers Communicate with Line Service Technician regarding arrivals/departures, fuel orders and services Monitor ATC and flight tracking sites to alert Line Service to incoming aircraft and airport activity Utilize standard office equipment, UNICOM radio, handheld radio, and company software Assist customers with luggage, galley services, and any additional services requested Maintain appearance and cleanliness of facility and courtesy cars Comply with Airport and Company guidelines and regulations related to customer service standards, ramp, safety, security, and PPE procedures Using multiple platforms, accurately process and record all sales, which may include issuing a receipt, writing an in-house tag, and dispensing appropriate change Assist aircraft parking and tie down as required Maintain stock of materials, amenities, and information available to customers Maintain records and reports and other clerical duties Demonstrate confidentiality in all aspects of customer and staff information Show versatility, flexibility, and willingness to adapt to changing schedules and projects as needed to meet operational demands Other duties as assigned by management Requirements One year work experience High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) Strong interpersonal and communication skills, direct interface, over telephone and in writing Ability to make decisions with multiple objectives and implement in a safe, efficient manner Follow oral and written directions; plan and complete assigned duties on a regular schedule; and maintain good working relationships with others Must be available to work flexible hours including overtime when required Ability to perform a variety of manual tasks including but not limited to:
facility cleaning, vehicle washing, aircraft cleaning and vacuuming Ability to work without direct management supervision oMust be comfortable with working outdoors, day, night and in all weather conditions Must pass contingency of hire:
Drug Test Physical Requirements:
Lift baggage from ground level to waist and overhead while loading aircraft, up to 75lbs Standing and walking for extended periods of time, running when required Good hand-eye coordination with good peripheral vision Frequent lifts or pulls of up to 75 pounds are normal and the physical requirements include stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling.
