36 General Description:
Under the general supervision of the Manager, Patient Experience and Volunteer Services, provides administrative assistance and coordinates volunteer schedules and activities; performs data entry for various departmental recordkeeping, and performs other duties for the department as needed.
The position shall exemplify the desired Culture of Choice and philosophies of Parrish Healthcare.
Key
Responsibilities:
Assists with coordination of internal and/or external Volunteer Programs Prepares detailed session and annual calendar/plans for the Program Assists with marketing and recruiting for the Volunteer Program Assists with Orientation, onboarding and specific service training of Volunteers Assigns volunteers to service areas Maintains documentation, records, forms and compliance database for volunteer program Assists with coordinating financial resources for volunteer meals, training, recognition, uniforms, etc.
Assists with filling departmental volunteer needs Assists with volunteer meetings and events Maintains compliance with all policies and procedure Performs similar or related duties as assigned.
Knows fire, disaster and safety procedures and regulations as it pertains to the work area Requirements:
Formal Education:
High school diploma or GED required.
Vocational or other technical school, certification, training or apprenticeship beyond high school, preferred Work
Experience:
2 years to 3 years professional experience Required Licenses, Certifications, Registrations:
N/A.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
