Responsibilities of this position include:
Must have positive attitude and be a team player Need to have the ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease and still focus on the guest Social Media Marketing Skills needed Welcome and greet everyone upon arrival, providing excellent customer service to our members and guests Understand the menu of services, packages, and memberships offered in order to lead our guests to services they will benefit most from so they have the best possible experience each time Answer phones, book appointments accordingly, sell upgrades to services, sell products, gift cards, & memberships Follow proper record keeping- electronic and in-house, as well as filing procedures and file maintenance Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance Perform various other duties as assigned Laundry and preparation of products needed for therapists and their scheduled services for the shift Job Type:
