We are looking for a cheerful, hard-working, and motivated, medical assistant who is looking to help us grow our practice.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the medical field ideally as a medical assistant.
Responsibilities may include answering multi-line phone system, checking vitals, checking in and rooming patients, verifying insurances prior to new patient visits, doing prior authorizations for medications, preparing patient charts and other medical documents, using the electronic medical record, and assisting with medication refills as well as various other office duties associated with a physician's office.
The initial hours will be around 5-6 hours per day with the ability to expand hours if mutually agreed upon by all parties.
We're seeking a motivated and experienced Medical Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have medical experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
