We are a multi-location, multi-brand Motorsports/ Marine dealer that specializes in Motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, PWC, and Boats.
The position of Parts Counter Person/Retail Sales Associate is no longer just about assisting a customer with OEM parts and random accessories over the counter.
It is a Retail Sales position that adds additional value to New Unit sales, Pre-owned Unit sales as well as service units.
Some of the duties of the Parts Counter Person/Retail Sales Associate are:
Preparing invoices for all over-the-counter sales and house requisitions for all parts that are issued to the shops Assists in maintaining stock levels, receiving and shipping parts, and in issuing local purchase orders Working with sales department to build the customer's perfect unit.
Understand what the customer wants and upsell the total package.
Maintaining a neat and clean appearance in the customer parts area and parts warehouse Updating and maintaining master parts and price books Preferred Skills / Qualifications for Parts Counter Person/Retail Sales Associate:
1 year of automotive/motorsports parts sales experience preferred or 1 year of customer service experience and a strong mechanical aptitude Willing to train Candidates will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deal with the public in a sales/service capacity Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Our Commitment to You:
