50 an hour ABOUT CENTRAL FLORIDA COMMUNITIES Central Florida Communities is a Florida non-profit organization serving individuals with developmental disabilities.
We operate ICFs and group homes in Orange, Seminole, Brevard and Lake Counties.
The goal of Central Florida Communities and Group Homes is to promote the highest quality of life for each individual based on their needs by providing a stimulating, attractive and warm home environment in addition to enabling each resident to live as full members of their communities.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent education is required.
Six (6) months' work or volunteer experience with the IDD population, with other vulnerable individuals with physical, mental and behavioral challenges, or with children is preferred.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Job
Responsibilities:
Actively engages with individuals at all times and provide all necessary supports to meet their needs, including all direct care and service requirements.
Follows Active Treatment/Programming schedule.
Implements electronic and paper documentation of training needs including programming, incident reporting (GER's), data collection and behavior observations.
Follows daily shift assignment schedule for cleaning and housekeeping duties.
Completes assigned rounds between shifts.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
