Randall Electrical Titusville Division is currently seeking Commercial / Industrial Electricians for projects in the Space Coast area / Private Space Industry / CCSFS / PAFB.
Minimum Experience Required:
Experience in commercial / Industrial electrical work.
Must be familiar with proper use of PPE and basic OSHA rules.
Must be able to provide your own transportation to and from work.
Valid Driver's License:
Must have a clean, insurable driving record (if position requires that you operate a Company Vehicle)GED or equivalent diplomaDesired skill sets include:
Must be an excellent EMT conduit bender.
Must be able to read blueprints and diagrams.
Must be familiar with materials, equipment and devices commonly used in commercial electrical installations.
Must be familiar with common wiring methods used on commercial electrical projects.
Must be familiar with basic lighting control circuitry.
Must be able to install and make terminations inside MDPs, panel-boards, VFDs, ATS and similar equipment.
Must have good knowledge of NEC requirements for common installations in commercial / industrial projects.
Capable of operating scissor lifts.
Possessing a journeyman license is a plus but not necessary.
OSHA 10/30 is a plus.
Capable of operating Lull and excavation equipment is a plus.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
You must be able to lift a dead weight of at least 50 pounds and stand on your feet for several hours at a time.
You must also be able to bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required by the job, be able to respond quickly to sounds, move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces, see and respond to dangerous situations, safely climb ladders while carrying tools/items, work in extreme weather, and properly wear personal protective gear.

The Superintendent is to provide on-site administrative and technical management of the activities including necessary planning, organization, direction, coordination and control for all field personnel in a manner that supports the profit and growth objectives of the company.
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
Supervise the operations on the construction sites Monitor the short-term schedule Quality control & coordination responsibilities with other trades Train, manage and evaluate project team members Ability to prepare and maintain construction schedules Make daily schedules for proper manpower utilization Maintain daily reports, time sheets, safety and accident reports Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades and the general contractor to identify and resolve any conflicts Plan, organize and direct production in accordance with the contracted scope of work Oversee quality assurance and quality control programs Coordinate work with Purchasing to ensure that requested material is expedited and received as needed for the construction of project Ensure all installations meet quality and electrical code standards Recognize and communicate any priority project problems Responsible for empowering, training and helping with the growth and development of all field employees Responsible for ensuring that all installations are correct per NEC, city codes and engineering drawings and specifications.
