Randall Electrical Contractors is currently seeking an Industrial Electrical Superintendent for projects in the Space Coast area / Private Space Industry / CCSFS / PAFB.
, with 10 years of experience in the trade,to work from our Titusville, FL office.
Experience with space flight processing facilities and ground-up construction projects is preferred.

Position SummaryThe Electrical Superintendent is to provide on-site administrative and technical management of the activities including necessary planning, organization, direction, coordination and control for all field personnel in a manner that supports the profit and growth objectives of the company.
Essential FunctionsResponsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
Supervise the operations on the construction sitesMonitor the short-term and long-term scheduleQuality control & coordination responsibilities with other tradesTrain, manage and evaluate project team membersAbility to prepare and maintain construction schedulesMake daily schedules for proper manpower utilizationMaintain daily reports, time sheets, safety and accident reportsCoordinate production and attend meetings with other trades and the general contractor to identify and resolve any conflictsPlan, organize and direct production in accordance with the contracted scope of workOversee quality assurance and quality control programsCoordinate work with Purchasing to ensure that requested material is expedited and received as needed for the construction of projectEnsure all installations meet quality and electrical code standardsRecognize and communicate any priority project problemsResponsible for empowering, training and helping with the growth and development of all field employeesResponsible for ensuring that all installations are correct per NEC, city codes and engineering drawings and specifications.
Other duties as requiredMust be Safety mindedStrong verbal, written, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skillsStrong customer service skills requiredAbility to be mobile to various locations and available to travel to project areas as needs requireDesired Qualification RequirementsHave 10 years of experience in the Electrical TradePossess good computer skills (Microsoft Suite)Be willing and able to work extended and off hoursValue and exhibit safe working methodsCommunicate efficiently and effectivelyPass a background & driving record checkPhysical Requirements:
You must be able to lift a dead weight of at least 50 pounds and stand on your feet for several hours at a time.
You must also be able to bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required by the job, be able to respond quickly to sounds, move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces, see and respond to dangerous situations, safely climb ladders while carrying tools/items, work in extreme weather, and properly wear personal protective gear.
