Receive and verify incoming material/parts.
Physically store materials in the proper location and place materials into inventory via the appropriate computer database(s).
Package finished goods per Quality Plan and maintain over-built stock.
Interface with appropriate carriers and systems of transport.
Maintain the required database(s) pertinent to shipping, receiving and inventory functions.
Oversee moving of complete kits to prep and/or production area.
Perform cycle counts; kit materials for production per Quality Plan BOM and make any necessary inventory adjustments in appropriate computer database as required.
Report all receiving, inventory and/or parts discrepancies to Manager for resolution.
Print/ make labels and markers for jobs and facility identification.
Lift up to 40lbs consistently.
Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualities Ability to interact, work effectively with others at different levels of the organization and be a participative team member Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment, while remaining focused and carrying out tasks in a timely and accurate manner Organized, detail-oriented, dependable and trustworthy where this individual will come in contact with complex and sensitive documents Skills & Qualification requirements Organized individual capable to ensure accuracy in data logging and communication Proficient in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Working knowledge of ERP systems within a manufacturing environment Education High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
2 years' experience and/or previous training/certification in related disciplines preferred Job Type:
